Does anybody know if it´s alive? If there+s a mod that does the same? Or can, anyone, make a mod that allows you to use one of your previous characters as a follower?

Let skyrim handle vsync, by default it has vsync turned on. Using high shadow settings in ini files will cause problems that is why I ask for you to use default ini files. I am running on the 13.11 beta v9.2 drivers with just one card and I ran into the flickering stuff on the face bug myself when I put in many body mods.
